“I haven't had any online courses before,so I don't really have anything to compare this one with. I think it's okay for an entry level course.
A teacher was treating us more like friends, not students. We shouldn't be hearing details about her personal life or complaints or anything that isn't the course material really... But maybe this is how it works here in this country. :) She might need more training herself. A lot of time was wasted because of lack of the structure and organisational skills. I might be wrong, I might be not. Thanks anyway.”

“Overall, I would rate this training 3 out of 5, which I feel is generous given my experience. While I did gain some useful information from the course and it helped put me into a routine for two weeks, there were several negative aspects that affected the overall quality.
The main issue was the tutor’s attitude and lack of engagement with learners. At times they came across as rude, dismissive, and uninterested when people asked questions. There was also a clear lack of interaction and encouragement during sessions, which made the environment feel uncomfortable and unmotivating. Some learners appeared to be treated poorly or spoken to in an inappropriate manner, which negatively impacted the learning experience.
Although there were a few positives, the quality of tutoring and the lack of support and professionalism made the course less effective than it could have been.”

“It’s probably not ur guys fault but the job centre shouldn’t force people to be there it ruins the experience for the people that do, I think u guys should just drop advertising the “ guaranteed interview “ thing or at least inform people there won’t be many jobs before they start”

“I found it interesting but am not going into civil service but I did learn more about the civil service some times I found the pace it went quite quick and it was alot to take in .”

“The tutor was marvellous explained the course and the feed from Zoom was a little glitchy at times she was great. The only thing for self is because of my health issues disabilities with sight mostly and altism and other problems I found very hard to keep up.
My criticism of the course is the way it is held as I live in Colchester and Dedham a village and rely heavily on public transport it would of be useful to have better communications with my location via Colchester City a venue that is mostly easy to get to sometimes?
And to finish I like thank Strive training in my own way by please make some changes to Zoom classes for those with disabilities difficulties please...”

“The course was good and well structured but I did find the pace a bit too fast for me. I'm an older person and not as digitally good as some people. I was still trying to find out how to do something while the tutor was explaining what we had to do, so missed out on some info. But I did enjoy the course and am a bit better at using zoom now, which is good. Thank you. Tracey”

“Your sign-up system is not particularly user-friendly, although your customer service has been quite available to resolve things without much fuss. However, the solutions to my requests could have easily been better automated and more transparent on your website.
I also think you could try to be a bit more up-to-date in terms of discussing using AI tools. It feels like the training was just a little out of date in that sense in terms of lack of clarity around using them.”
