“Completing the units has been eye –opening experience, fundamentally expanding my understanding of leadership. I have developed a solid toolkit of structured methods for strategic planning, moving beyond instinct to clearly master frameworks like SWOT analysis, which I had known of however not really applied it to my last job role.
