“Spare firebricks were ordered and delivered on time. Delivered in substantial packaging so no damage goods. Pricey but then good quality is. You can get similar firebricks for less on ebay but I doubt the quality of these.”

“Stoves online did what it said on the tin. Have to say owning a top of the range model in the house I was a little concerned about ordering an "unknown" brand online. The stove was delivered promptly and in good order. The stove has now been installed in our Garden Room (which is very well insulated). It performs well for a small stove, is controllable even in windy weather. The stove is rated 4 - 5Kw and warms the room very quickly (room 3.5m x 3.5m x 2.3 high). Indeed we have recorded 46 C which is a bit warm.”

Hi Ian, thanks for your review and not marking us down even though it sounds like we could have been a little more helpful or flexible. I think its the first time we've been asked to leave a part out for someone to collect but I will check. If it isn't then we should try to think of a way to make it possible but safer - both from theft but also the weather. A box with combination lock is one instant idea that would be fairly pragmatic. If it is indeed the first time then I still think it sounds like we could have done a bit more "out of the box" thinking here perhaps so will chat that through with the team. I'm not certain what you mean by "industrialize and professionalize" - I'd appreciate it if you might find the time to elaborate? I will email you direct to ask as I would like to know. So I'm glad that you got your part in the end, but think we perhaps could have had a more "can do" attitude here, so: sorry about that. Thanks for saying because then we can look to improving!
