Definitely recommend Stovesonline. We purchased a stove, thermal store and associated parts! Stovesonline were fantastic from first inquires to fine tuning our bespoke heating system to maximise efficiency.

The technical support, detailed advice, supply of goods and handling of returns were all outstanding, and particularly helpful were Ben Cazzola and Jamie Bennett. Less impressive is the sales room and telephone advice from the sales room. I recently enquired about another wooodburner (Stovax Elise 850) that I may be interested in buying but was put off from taking it further with your company.

Stoves online did what it said on the tin. Have to say owning a top of the range model in the house I was a little concerned about ordering an "unknown" brand online. The stove was delivered promptly and in good order. The stove has now been installed in our Garden Room (which is very well insulated). It performs well for a small stove, is controllable even in windy weather. The stove is rated 4 - 5Kw and warms the room very quickly (room 3.5m x 3.5m x 2.3 high). Indeed we have recorded 46 C which is a bit warm.

Very well, had great difficulty trying to find a company able to supply parts for our stove, and was delighted to find Stovesonline

Super well, but I had to bargain with their delivery people to get them to bring the stove beyond the curb. Very few women can lift 100kg on their own, so I found that a little disappointing. So Stoves are fab, couriers not so much.

Got a suitable part. Supplier agreed to my suggestion on how I may collect it at the weekend but they did not volunteer the idea and it did take time to explain it to them and the initial response was tough luck ‘we don’t do that’.

Hi Ian, thanks for your review and not marking us down even though it sounds like we could have been a little more helpful or flexible. I think its the first time we've been asked to leave a part out for someone to collect but I will check. If it isn't then we should try to think of a way to make it possible but safer - both from theft but also the weather. A box with combination lock is one instant idea that would be fairly pragmatic. If it is indeed the first time then I still think it sounds like we could have done a bit more "out of the box" thinking here perhaps so will chat that through with the team. I'm not certain what you mean by "industrialize and professionalize" - I'd appreciate it if you might find the time to elaborate? I will email you direct to ask as I would like to know. So I'm glad that you got your part in the end, but think we perhaps could have had a more "can do" attitude here, so: sorry about that. Thanks for saying because then we can look to improving! Remarkably well considering Stoves had to deliver to us in Spain. We experienced a few hiccups but Stoves' professionalism, courtesy and helpfulness made for a smooth buying experience. Very happy and would definitely recommend Stovesonline.

i have had an issue with your product , the velcro on the lowest blanket melted sending smoke into the area around the liner and seeping into next doors house . they have found hole and fixed it but i wasnt happy with what id found .

We are getting the lab reports, samples to test and so on - essentially a lot is being done as a result of this. Did you contact us direct about this?
