“Bitterly disappointed that I was sent 2 of my order of 4, wrong size lining bricks, which the company refused to exchange. Admitedly when the my order was de;ivered it was placed in the garage & left for several months before I got around to replacing the lining bricks. (My husband was in a nursing home many miles from his home town, I was busy fighting the system trying to get my husband moved to a local nursing home. It was only through the help of my local MP that this was eventually resolved). The 'wrong sized bricks' had obviousky never been used, I just feel as the bricks were in the same condition as they were delived to me, the company could have so easily replacxed those 2 bricks which are of no use to me.”

Andy gave me spot-on advice, helped with ordering exactly the right parts, from register plate to top mounting. They also supplied the stove too at a better price than I could get direct. Now I have a perfectly working stove that is both attractive and highly efficient. Very happy customer.”

“An unusually good way to shop for something very heavy. Yes, it says 'online' in their name but really, pick up the phone and talk to them. It's far better. And there are people on the end of phone. Payment is easy after they check you have everything. They can send an installer to you as well if needed, local to wherever you are. And then, it arrives.”
