“I suppose stoves online sales ladies are helpful to deal with and do their best to get you sorted . Its not their fault that the parts are ridiculously expensive from Arada ,so who is taking the mark up on this profit I havent got time to look into . Fortunately having used and restored would burner stoves most of my 78yrs I can make or alter the parts that I need and some customers are not able . One can purchase a used stove at farm sales for as little as £40 and it saves time to get the exact bits required to fit which is an expensive pleasure . I shall certainly think twice before using ARADA again with the cost of living as it is J D”
