They also liaised with the chimney guy, Dan Taylor, to sort all parts required for my installation. My Log burner was delivered well packaged so without damage, at a date to suit me. Would highly recommend.”

“There are levels of customer service and then there are those that go above and beyond all expectations I had a broken boiler over the winter period and needed parts urgently which is when I encountered Natasha at Stovesonline, not only was she extremely knowledgeable but she organised the express shipment of the parts I required and kept me up to date from beginning to end. I could not recommend this company and in particular Natasha any more highly.”
