“I bought my stove after speaking with Suzie who was able to advise me and make sure it was exactly what I needed. I live in Northern Ireland the stove arrived on time and in perfect condition. It has been fitted now over a year and we are delighted with it. Currently we have no electric due to the storm and this is our only heat source, so really glad to have it 10/10 to Suzie and stoves online 👍.”

“After an intial hiccup we were able to enter into a positive dialogue so that I could get the correct part: door glass. Feedback from me, re the website inadequacy (viz. the item I required) was acted upon by them. We got there in the end, partly becuse we used a local contractor to cut the door glass to the correct size! It was more a problem of manufacturers having so many designs, models and conflicting specficstions, really.”

“Bitterly disappointed that I was sent 2 of my order of 4, wrong size lining bricks, which the company refused to exchange. Admitedly when the my order was de;ivered it was placed in the garage & left for several months before I got around to replacing the lining bricks. (My husband was in a nursing home many miles from his home town, I was busy fighting the system trying to get my husband moved to a local nursing home. It was only through the help of my local MP that this was eventually resolved). The 'wrong sized bricks' had obviousky never been used, I just feel as the bricks were in the same condition as they were delived to me, the company could have so easily replacxed those 2 bricks which are of no use to me.”

“An unusually good way to shop for something very heavy. Yes, it says 'online' in their name but really, pick up the phone and talk to them. It's far better. And there are people on the end of phone. Payment is easy after they check you have everything. They can send an installer to you as well if needed, local to wherever you are. And then, it arrives.”
