“There are levels of customer service and then there are those that go above and beyond all expectations I had a broken boiler over the winter period and needed parts urgently which is when I encountered Natasha at Stovesonline, not only was she extremely knowledgeable but she organised the express shipment of the parts I required and kept me up to date from beginning to end.
