“The parts first ordered for my log burner were not cheap when they arrived they were incorrect, I had quoted the parts no for the burner from the manual and considering Stoves are the ones quoted to stock the parts , I contacted stoves online we had to pay for return postage and wait ages for a refund they wouldn’t even arrange for collection when I had to re order parts , which I feel they could of done, then to wait ages for refund always having to chase it, they are not the only suppliers on line if you search you can find cheaper, in the end got my parts but won’t use again”

“I bought a Invicta Mandor stove from Stoves Online and was more than happy with the service and very happy with the Stove. I was hoping to see the stove physically before purchasing, but unfortunately Stovesonline did not have any in-stock - but were helpful in contacting me when the stove did come into their warehouse - in case I wanted a viewing then. The stove when delivered was packaged well. The delivery company were not happy with me having to sign as "damaged", as per the delivery instructions from Stovesonline - with the requirement that I unpack from the crate the stove to clarify whether there was any damage - which I could not do with a delivery agent standing over me in a hurry. But all was good and I could contact the delivery company that it was not damaged, once I had the chance to properly check.”
