“i was very impressed with the advice received from Stovesonline. I decided to buy some chimney brushes to sweep my 2 flues as the cost of a Chimney sweep was becoming prohibitively expensive. I knew nothing about which brushes to buy but their technical advisor put me on the right path and explained what was needed. I received the brushes quickly from the delivery firm they use and they were perfect for the job.”

“Really very well. Helpful, informative and even answered silly questions from me well after I had taken delivery of the stove. Shirley was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with, and gave me a good deal on the stove that I wanted. She spoke to the stove company to check my questions on the warranty (which I have not needed yet, of course) and the company shipped it promptly. Even their contracted delivery driver was helpful and friendly.”
