“I was looking to install a stove with the capacity to heat water for the underfloor heating and radiators in other rooms, plus for washing. Suzi was absolutely brilliant at ever turn of this adventure, making helpful suggestions and adapting to my changing needs. I had done a lot of research and her knowledge surpassed mine (which you might expect with a supplier, but is frequently not the case). I don’t tend write reviews, but wanted to give something extra back. I also wanted to mention the guy I spoke with on a few occasions (sorry, I can’t recall your name), he was very knowledgeable and interesting too. Thank you both.”
