“Customer service was excellent. I had to return a couple of items due to sizing (my fault for not checking size guide). A replacement item for one was immediately dispatched and even better I was informed that a smaller size in the other item (monies for which were swiftly refunded) would be available in the coming weeks which I didn’t even know existed as not detailed on the website as out of stock. Brilliant !! The quality of garments is fabulous my husband is thrilled”

“ordered a jacket. arrived promptly. too large. great customer service in exchange for smaller size when it came back into stock. sadly had to return jacket due to not being a good fit. only suggestion i would make is providing 'collection point' service at local shops/garages as it was a hassle to take return parcels to the post office and pay for return”

“Great designs and excellent quality but my recent orkaan armwarmers were neither windproof or remotely showerproof despite the online description(s). But overall this is an anomaly as the service and products are usually excellent and far exceed expectations so still a loyal customer :-)”
