“The items I purchased were far too small despite asking for 4th. These garments were only to fit a large size. Such a shame as they were a good price. I was overall disappointed.”

Hi Neil, Thanks for sharing your comments. We're sorry that our maximum 3XL size didn't work out for you. We would have loved if we had had a 4XL to send you by way of exchange but regrettably, we don't. We regret that we were unable to you with a size that worked for you. Best, Eimear

“Slammer gloves - great looking gloves but sizing is big. Wanted some bright gloves to wear with black sleeved jerseys to make signalling more visible & the Slammer gloves looked perfect. They are very lightweight on the top. My hands measure 7.5cm across the palm, so I ordered both S (7-8cm) and XS (6-7cm), and the XS are bigger than I would like. They are quite baggy, but luckily still comfortable so not a problem. But I think your size guide isn't very accurate.”

“I wanted some fresh kit for the Ride100 London Essex 29th May, so decided on SG, gloves, socks and water bottles to go with my existing SG bib shorts. Gloves and socks are great but the water bottles a let down, you need to squeeze hard on the bottle and the nipple kept retracting.”

“Love stolen goat gear, it always performs well and keeps me comfy. There was a problem with delivery with this order - I’d made a mistake with the address and it was lost and had to be reordered and made again. Staff were really good about the whole thing and I can’t speak highly enough about the customer service I received. Thank you team SG!”
