“I ordered a jacket before Christmas and was really upset when on completing the order it came as a ‘back order’. I was cross that instead of saying the item was unavailable you had let me pay when the item would not be with me for 2 months. However, on contacting you, you were fantastic at rectifying this problem and giving me other options. Based on that I would absolutely shop with you again. I had my Christmas presents on time.”
