Hi, we're really sorry to hear that Intelcom Express (the Canadian couriers) made an error in delivering your package to your neighbour. We've passed this onto Global-e (our third party shipping partner) and they send their sincere apologies, as do we, for the inconvenience this caused you. Best wishes Alison

“Absolutely amazing service, everything is amazing quality, jersey helped to save me from a lot of hurt in a recent crash. The crash repair/replacement policy is awesome, staff are super friendly and helpful, quickly helped me get a replacement of my favourite jersey. “Superb service an awesome quality as ever. The ‘team’ shorts are superbly comfortable for full days in the saddle. The only thing of note iz that the front panel sits slightly higher than their ‘normal’ shorts making comfort breaks just a tad trickier.”
