“Excellent order and delivery. Great design and feel to the jersey, looked the Biz on the London Brighton London at the weekend. A few positive compliments from the Peleton Only issue I had was movement around the hem of the jersey... did have a few bits extra in my pockets for the ride, and found the pockets moving around the body... hoping it was just the additional gels etc and not needing a better gripper... will check when out an my more normal training rides.”

“The item I wanted originally was out of stock, I sent an email asking if/when it would be available again and someone replied in a couple of days letting me know they'd be back in touch once back in stock. True to their word they let me know as soon as it became available. I purchased and it arrived a few days later. Excellent customer service and high quality items that are worth the investment.”

When I reached out to Customer Support asking if there was an ETA on replacements, Alison Ballard responded with not only a great update but she actually sent me an email to inform me when the item was back in stock.
