“You sèem to have changed your clothing supplier, unfortunately the quality of the materials feels of a lower quality.”

Helpful Report

“Pre purchase service was exceptional. I wasn't quite sure of size for a first time purchase. I quickly got a response (from a real person) with a picture of the actual jersey and a tape measure across the chest so I could compare it to my other jerseys. Fit ended up perfect.”

Helpful Report

“Amazing customer service and nice product. There was a problem with the ordering system but I was telephoned with an explanation and a promise to rectify and get a product out to me at the earliest and this arrived- nice quality but yet to fully test.”

Helpful Report

“I would definitely give you a 5 star review for your products and the amazing help that Alison has provided in trying to get the products to me. BUT, your shipping partners have taken away a star since I haven't received the order you are asking me to review. Alison has been wonderful and we'll get this sorted eventually. It seems to have made it to the US, but the handover to FedEx doesn't seem to have happened.”

Helpful Report

“Let me explain (only 4stars). The quality and finish up to the usual standard. SG is my go to cycle wear provider and I love their sizing and fit, which suits my body shape. I bought bib tights, but went for the zipper leg fastening rather than my usual foot stirrups. I have found the practiality good ( ie easy on and easy off) but they are a little too long in the leg for me 5’6” tall and size large. Maybe harsh to say, but the leg length could be a little shorter in my opinion.”

Helpful Report

“Super bib tights. Good fit and very comfortable. As there hasn't been much really cold weather, I haven't been able to test in any seriouly cold weather”
