“Love the products. The jerseys I have purchased have been top-notch, and the colors/patterns are great. They definitely look and feel premium. Only reason for four stars instead of five is SG definitely is a smaller company that seems to be out of my size pretty regularly for stuff I'd like. As a suggestion, might be a good idea to do regular polls of the customers to get a feel for size distributions to make ordering more efficient. I know there is some use of ML models to help with this as well, but not sure how good the data is (I work in data science) given that it is challenging to capture how people move off pages without selecting something as a product inventory issue versus a "just didn't like it" issue.”

Hi Marc, Tim here the Founder of SG. Many thanks for your purchase and I'm delighted you are happy with the product. Trust me, I feel your frustration on the inventory issues. My background is engineering so we look at the data ALL the time. Last year in fact I implemented an internal tool that leverages ML to more accurately forecast stock. That tool works pretty well for us. Sadly this year that hasn't been the issue, we've really struggled to get a consistent service from the couriers that bring our stock in. In some cases it has taken upwards of 3 months to get packages from Belgium to the UK!
