As we explained to you in January, sadly there was a temporary glitch in our ordering system and your long-sleeve Bodyline jersey was one of those items affected. Dear Mieke, Thanks for sharing your experience of your recent order. We're sorry about the unforseen delay in gettting your order to you. Ordinarilty our made-to-oder custom kit takes up to 10 weeks to make with shipping on top of this. Unfortunatley we expereinced a one-off glitch in our shipping system which slowed things down for us. We're sorry for this and it has been since resolved. “I was passing their offices and was able to get some excellent first-hand advice from some very friendly staff about their products, which convinced me to give them a try. The Climb and Conquer jersey has been brilliant on icy morning commutes, and the Orkaan bib tights are the most comfortable I’ve ever had and kept me warm enough even in temperatures close to freezing. Everything feels really well designed, the fabric and finishing quality is superb, and the bright colours are a bonus when it comes to visibility on the road. Good service all round and excellent value for money.”
