“Purchased a winter jacket about four weeks ago, and have worn it in temp of between 2-12deg.I have found for most of the time it to be reasonably warm. However, once it gets down beyond 5deg you start to feel a slight chill in the back region. The longer you are out in cold weather the more you start feeling the cold. I would like to see a thicker back panel or a thin layer between layers to stop a cold wind getting through fibers, to make this jacket a true winter jacket.”

I was cross that instead of saying the item was unavailable you had let me pay when the item would not be with me for 2 months. However, on contacting you, you were fantastic at rectifying this problem and giving me other options. Based on that I would absolutely shop with you again. I had my Christmas presents on time.”

“Very pleased overall - pretty windproof and warm, but it couldn't pass the cycling into a strong-headwind-with-driving-rain test! Water leaked through the front zip and I ended up with a very damp T-shirt although the rest of me seemed dry. Had several favourable comments about the look of it.”
