“Love the products. The jerseys I have purchased have been top-notch, and the colors/patterns are great. They definitely look and feel premium. Only reason for four stars instead of five is SG definitely is a smaller company that seems to be out of my size pretty regularly for stuff I'd like. As a suggestion, might be a good idea to do regular polls of the customers to get a feel for size distributions to make ordering more efficient. I know there is some use of ML models to help with this as well, but not sure how good the data is (I work in data science) given that it is challenging to capture how people move off pages without selecting something as a product inventory issue versus a "just didn't like it" issue.”

Hi Marc, Tim here the Founder of SG. Many thanks for your purchase and I'm delighted you are happy with the product. Trust me, I feel your frustration on the inventory issues. My background is engineering so we look at the data ALL the time. Last year in fact I implemented an internal tool that leverages ML to more accurately forecast stock. That tool works pretty well for us. Sadly this year that hasn't been the issue, we've really struggled to get a consistent service from the couriers that bring our stock in. In some cases it has taken upwards of 3 months to get packages from Belgium to the UK! “I have only worn the cycling shorts a few times, so I don't know what the long term performance is like. But my initial impression is favourable. They are a comfortable fit with handy pockets in just the right place.”

“I bought the gravel shorts and I am very pleased with them. So far, decent build quality and come with lots of pockets. You will need to wear padded undershorts or bib shorts for longer rides. The medium is generous and they are quite long (down to the knee) I am 6ft 2".”

“Hi Stolen Goat Overall I am pleased with the jersey. However there are two aspects I would draw to your notice. 1. The zip is hard to use as it is difficult to insert the zip blade into the socket in order to start to close the zip. Also the zip bulges out in places when fully zipped. This I think may be the stiffness of the zip edges. 2. Your size guide is not accurate. I have a 42.5 inch chest and 36 inch waist. According to your guide an XL will fit. From the photos in your adverts I can see that your jerseys are a snug fit. So I ordered a 2XL, which can best be described as a snug fit. I think that the XL would be too small. If ordering again I would go for a 3XL, which would allow for a base layer to be comfortably worn under the jersey. I live in Greece so returning the jersey for exchange would be complicated in the current circumstance of customs controls. On the positive side I love the design and the material is top notch.”

“The equipment is lovely. I’d like to see a few minor improvements so they can be the best out there! 1) tighter pockets (they’re a touch loose so a phone can easily fall out - try putting a phone in each pocket and jump up and down. Quite quickly if someone was watching you’d notice the phone could be gone. 2) make the zip pocket large enough for an iPhone for example - this might help with the above too. 3) The zip teeth have broken on one top within 3 uses!? 4) I found the sizes between top types very variable (chest vs length)”
