“Dear Stolen Goat, I recently purchased three cycling jerseys but, unfortunately, had to return all of them. I’ve been a loyal customer in the past and have always been very happy with the quality of your garments, which made this experience particularly disappointing. I found that the material in this latest order didn’t meet the same standard I’ve come to expect from Stolen Goat. Additionally, I encountered issues with the DHL return option, it wasn’t functional in my case, which left me no choice but to arrange the return myself from Australia. This ended up being quite costly. I wanted to share this feedback as a long-time fan of your brand, and I hope it helps improve the experience for others in the future. P.S I could not locate an email address on your website to contact directly with the above.”
