“Customer Service is superb! Customer service team responses super quickly (within an hour!) and is extremely helpful. I had an issue with a delivery (my mistake, I mistyped my postcode) and the customer service representative suggested an out of the box solution. When so many operations fail due to Covid, it is great to find out that Stolen Goat team far exceeds the expectations. Product Quality is superb! I have purchased Climb & Conquer Winter Jacket which I am very happy with. I have cycled in it in 2-4C degrees and I am pleased to confirm, it does what it claims to do: keeps you warm and breaths. I like the jacket so much that now I have also ordered Climb And Conquer Deep Winter Full-Length Cycle Tights. I have no doubts highly recommending Stolen Goat.”

“I have purchased several Items from the Stolen Goat. And I discovered that I had ordered a duplicate jersey I reached out to them to return it only to find that they do not pay for return postage. As I am from United States but it cost over $100 to send it back. I find this an unacceptable policy to not pay for returns. Almost all online vendors do provide free returns. I will not buy from them again.”
