“I ordered a jacket before Christmas and was really upset when on completing the order it came as a ‘back order’. I was cross that instead of saying the item was unavailable you had let me pay when the item would not be with me for 2 months. However, on contacting you, you were fantastic at rectifying this problem and giving me other options. Based on that I would absolutely shop with you again. I had my Christmas presents on time.”

“They fit perfectly in size M/L for my hands. I usely buy between XL-L. They are definitely waterproofed and windproofed as well. If not going all out, I can wear them to 10° without sweating, even on longer rides. If the temperatures drop below 0° my hands get cold, if I am not exercising. If I keep up the pace, they get me warm even to -5° for hours. Very nice grip and look as well :-)”
