Gorgeous trousers but sadly having to return as they are too long for me. (5ft2) & unfortunately have to cover postage costs

Hi Tara, thank you for your lovely feedback on our trousers but sorry they are too long for you. We are bringing out a shorter length this Winter so bear with us! In the mean time, there are lots of gorgeous short sets (shorts with matching tops) coming out this Spring/Summer and suitable for all heights. Postage is free (and with free returns) on orders over £150.

I am still awaiting deliveryso unable to review as Royal Mail are refusing to leave in my designated 'safe place' as not lockable. They are one of the worst couriers to use from experience of convenience.

I absolutely love the unique, relaxed style of St Berts and I am so happy with my purchase of my Rhonda co-ord set. However, I still feel the price point is high and one of the biggest issues is that I am never able to order all of the items I'd like in one purchase. Therefore, it costs multiple shippings and I never quite meet the free shippings and returns/exchange - which is set too high in my opinion compared to othet brands.

Disappointed that after I placed my first order I got an email saying I could save money off first order. Receiving it afterwards didn’t have much use - I emailed to ask if I could have amount refunded but still waiting on a reply. Clothing item is nice and came quickly so pleased with purchase.

I bought this skirt in the sale, very decent price and looks great on, but the elastic in the waist isn’t secured and folds over itself making it quite uncomfortable to wear. I guess it’s cheaply made which is a shame because their products look good.

Looks as nice as pictures on site. Shame the images on the site are all of women who have no curves. I'm a size 16/18 and the M/L fits me a lot better than I imagined. It fits me perfectly. I am thinking if slimmer it will look like the models seen( kinda swamped in it) Main concern is fabric advertised on site says 90% lambswool and 10% cashmere.. well the tag on the dress just says 90% wool and 10% cashmere. I've not experienced that with other lambswool items I have so- they're tagged as described on the site I ordered from. For that reason, had I of paid full price for the item, I would've sent back as near £200 dress so I feel that's misleading.

Hi Keshia, thank you for your feedback.The Dalida dress is made from 90% merino wool and 10% cashmere which is what is advertised on the site. We do not advertise it as lambswool. Merino wool is a beautifully soft and very specialist wool and that is why the dress is at a higher price point that some of the other wool products on our site. We are so please the dress fits you perfectly!

Nice quality clothes BUT…..please put measurements on the web site. I bought trousers as they were described with the model 5’9” wearing a small. I’m 5.8 and the trousers barely reached my ankles. What a waste of my and st Bert’s time. Inside leg measurements Please.

Why can’t online shops put measurements on the site. Saying it’s an 8/10/12 is pointless saying the model is 5.9 and warring a small is useless Measuring is a no fool way to know if clothes have a chance of fitting. 3 stars as returns are simple.

I ordered two items, a sweatshirt and pair of wide leg joggers, however although both described as the same colour (dress blue) when they arrived they were a different shade of the same colour blue so don't actually match. Disappointed.

My first order from st Bert’s. Had my heart set on red track suit , advertised as poppy red but was bright orange upon arrival. Also a garment was missing. Contacted the company and they haven’t resolved the issue which is not great. Of the pieces I did get they were high quality and great fit.

Your products are wonderful, cheerful and good quality. My children value the hand-me-downs. Your recent sale was great value. However, you need a Europoean hub to sell to Ireland so that your Irish customers do not have to pay VAT in two jurisdictions. Disclaimers on your website is not sufficient. Order not yet received.

Hi James - when our prices are quoted in Euros they are excluding tax. You will only be charged VAT once, which happens at delivery (along with any local duties). This is what we have written on our website regarding International Orders "For all International Orders we send either Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed or one of our preferred couriers. We send on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis which means that the buyer is responsible for any taxes, duties and fees imposed by the destination country. There may well be delays at customs. The fees can be unpredictable and are the responsibility of the buyer." I am sorry if the message isn't clear enough - we will work on making this more prominent. We would love to have an Irish hub but it is not currently economically viable. Many apologies for the inconvenience.

Ordered for my daughter in law. Got a confirmation email and a 1st order 10%off email - bit late but I emailed the company hoping that they would offer 10% discount - they didn’t reply. Order arrived. Quality for price is ok but the sweater isn’t a sweater - it’s a long sleeved T shirt with stuck on decals. Overall, I’d have to be convinced to order from this company again.

I love the colours and design of these products the sizing comes up large and I was disappointed in the returns procedure I had to pay both three ways. Initial postage, Returns and replacement in size that fits,Next is by far the best for ordering. The leggings don't stay up like other brands I would be very disappointed if I'd have paid full price. But looks fun colours and design and time will tell about the quality.

I like the designs but would welcome more information on the website about sizing as the sweatshirt I ordered is short and I'm a pretty average 5 ft 6". The height of the model and / or length of garment would be useful. Also stock control isn't up to date. I also ordered a t-shirt only to get an email after the order had gone through to say it wasn't available. Someone could have contacted me to ask if I would like a different t-shirt. I haven't ordered an alternative as I don't want to pay postage again.

Love the designs and colours from St Bert's. Before my first order, I phoned to check on the sizing. Helpful assistant but sadly I had to return all 4 items which were too big! (I take an 8 or 10 depending on the brand). Then of course I had to pay to return the items: that cost me over £11! Given the high prices of the clothing in the first place and my sizing advice I won't be ordering again which is disappointing because I simply adore the designs & colours.

Ordering and delivery are both good. I have however been in touch re my exchange using your support email address requesting a delay on delivery for the exchange however didn’t receive a response. I also object to paying for my return. With online shopping being such a prevalent way of shopping for retailers, I’m surprised that I’m being made to pay for this..
