Hi Liz, We have just looked at your issue. Unfortunately it looks like the address you entered at checkout was incomplete as included neither a Flat Number or Road name and Royal Mail was therefore unable to deliver it. They are therefore returning it to us. We will contact you when it arrives back to discuss your options. Thanks.

Customer service very poor. I have been trying to contact St Bert's to return a hoodie which is too small. I emailed on Friday 5 January and left a voicemail message by phone today (10 January) with no response whatsoever. Yet I am now being asked to review the item. I will not be buying from St Bert's again.

I am so sorry that you were did not see the information on our Delivery & Returns page which is on every product page. It states: "For all International Orders we send either Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed or one of our preferred couriers. We send on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis which means that the buyer is responsible for any taxes, duties and fees imposed by the destination country. There may well be delays at customs. The fees can be unpredictable and are the responsibility of the buyer."

This is a brand that I have ordered severally from with no issues I recently placed an order that took ages to come despite being very patient as the complained that they have issues with customs thus the delay . I later received my order and it didn't fit so I returned it the next day only for them to say it cannot be exchanged because it has a strong smell of parfum . Till now they're still with my money and the order claiming it cannot be exchanged for a bigger size this is ridiculous 😒

Dear Emelda - I am so sorry that you had to wait a long time for your jumpsuit - we did explain that it was stuck in customs and we did not have any control over when it would be delivered. We also gave you a 15% discount code to be used on any future purchases as an apology. Unfortunately, when you returned the jumpsuit asking for a larger size there was (and still is several weeks later) an overpowering smell of perfume on it. This has made the jumpsuit unsellable. We do state in our Terms and Conditions " Items must still have original labels attached and must not smell of perfume or food etc. Any items that are received in a condition that means that they cannot be resold will be returned to the customer." I did email you on 30th November asking if you would like it returned to you but so far you have not replied to me.

Goods not yet received They are still in transit with Royal Mail even though they left you 7 days ago on the Track 24 service Terrible service

Hi there - I am so sorry that it took so long for you to receive your items. We did send your items 24hour tracked via Royal Mail. Unfortunately, for time to time, deliveries can get delayed through no fault of our own. We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Bought a couple items. Very cute. Ordered a shirt in same size as everything else (M) and it fits like an xs. But now I have to pay another $32 in shipping to make an exchange. So I won't order anything anymore.

I have yet to receive my delivery even though it was dispatched over a week ago. The tracker says Roayl Mail have yet to receive it? I emailed a query to St Berts but have yet to receive a reply
