“I was very disappointed when I had to return an item for an exchange and was told that I had to pay to return it. I would have thought twice concerning the purchase if I had known this. Maybe items purchased over a certain price should be returned free of charge. I had spent over £87. 00.”

“Service excellent and description of bomber spot on. But did not fit and found material too hard. So returning it for Refund. Disappointed as hoped it would cheer me at end of year/Christmas etc.. but does not suit me at all. No invoice or Returns Label in package? Regards, Susan Stanley”

“I was so looking forward to receiving my dress but unfortunately when it arrived it didn’t fit me properly. I’m short and it was just too long for me. Would love it if St Berts introduced a petite range?”

“I have received so many compliments about my jumper and love it however when I washed it for the first time on a very low wash - 30degrees the orange colour ran into the green which is gutting and I have no idea how to rectify it. Had this not happened I would have given a 5 star rating!”
