“I ordered a snoopy sweatshirt and git a polar bear!! Too short and not that big. Didn't want to pay to return so kept. 🤷”

“I ordered an XL top and it nowhere near fitted me!’ The sizes are extremely small - it did say order a size larger & I’m usually 16/18 but it was much too small. I liked the item & quality was ok but I think St Bert’s need to look at their sizing.”

Hi Barbara I am so sorry that you were unhappy with our sizing for this t-shirt. We do say on this t-shirt that size XL is more like a 14/16 and does come up small and would recommend sizing up one size. I am very sorry for the inconvenience caused. Best Regards Ben

“I ordered some Sweat pants, when they arrived they were far too short. I'm 5 ft 6. The cuffs at the bottom were loose & the material incredibly thin. So disappointing. Don't be taken in by the photos.”

“Poor delivery/ return policy. We must pay for postage on both delivery and returns , which means you are out of pocket if something does not fit. I will not buy again from St. Bert’s.”

“Unfortunately the item I ordered was the ring size, which is no one’s fault. However, I was told that I will have to pay all postage costs to return the item and the. receive a refund. I find this extremely disappointing and pretty astonishing for a company which I believed to be professional and in line with all other clothing companies - who all offer free returns as a matter of course. As a result, sadly, I will not be recommending or ordering from St. Berts again.”

“I ordered two age 13+ long sleeve t’s for my son as he had grown out of his age 11-12. The 13+ is way smaller in size than the age 11-12!!!! Sadly I had already taken the tags off both when I measured the new ones against the small size otherwise I would have returned them.straight away To say I am disappointed is an understatement. Think you really need to check your sizing as they are totally wrong.”

“Ordered 2 items, one was correct but for the other I received was completely the wrong item. Waiting to hear back about how they wish it to be returned for a refund. Such a shame as it was a birthday gift so spoilt the day”
