“Great communication and response”

“Love the designs (5 stars) and as a regular customer, I know the quality is superb (also 5 stars). I have given 4 stars as: 1) sizing comes up small: weirdly, the 11-12 sizing of this one comes up a little smaller than expected (it is smaller than an 11-12 product brought previously) so the recipient just fits it snugly despite being a very petite 10 year old and 2) delivery: it was 5 days from order to delivery (ordered 10am on Fri 19 Feb, arrived noon on Weds 24). I have seen the small print so appreciate there are various provisos but I ordered on the same day other very similar items at same price points/quality/delivery conditions and they arrived within 2 days (Monday 22). The top got here safe and sound just in the nick of time - which these days is the main thing, though! The lucky recipient is really looking forward to getting an email to confirm the jogging bottoms to go with it are back in stock! PLEASE can you restock the sparkles and stripes in XL?!! I just missed out and am gutted. It is the loungewear I am dreaming of. I will happily take returns/seconds! I just really really want it!”

“I absolutely love my new St. Bert's sweatshirt and jogger bottoms! They are super comfy, and nice and bright! I would say they are both a bit on the small side so if you're not sure, then size up, but otherwise I'm completely happy!”

“Really happy with the colours and the material. Super comfortable. The joggers are a bit short for me, so different lengths would be good perhaps but I am happy!”

“Love love love the sweatshirts for my son and I. I love the rainbow tracks bums but afraid the leggings didn’t fit as I’d hoped. Very much in love with your products - the bright colours are exactly what we need at the moment. Thankyou!”

“Loved the jumper I bought . I am not at all keen on your masks . As you talk when wearing the mask , the front of it seems to pull into your mouth as you speak . Don’t like that . It seems to need a inner layer with it so it supports you more . It’s very soft without much support .”

“Loved the black velour sweatshirt I bought. Quality very good especially the cuffs. Why only 4 stars - the rear of the sweatshirt has St Berts embroidered in bright pink stitching - why do this? It’s hardly Chanel!!”

“I ordered the star t-shirt in a large (I fit the large in a St Berts sweatshirt and I’m a size 14) and sadly it was tiny. The large is definitely no bigger than a 12!”

“Gorgeous trousers. Good quality and the side stripe is really vibrant and on trend. Sadly they didn’t suit me so I returned but if you are less curvy than me then I would definitely recommend.”

“I love St Berts t shirts for my son. He's pretty fussy, but will then wear then year on year and they always keep their shape and colour. I just wish there was more availability, as I often find the size we want and the next size up is sold out. The service is very personalised, it's nice to have a real person communicating when there's an issue and trying to find an alternative solution.”
