“Great service. Sweatshirt and top fitted great. Unfortunately the Joni trousers I purchased in a 12 should have bought a 10 but they are too long for me anyhow so will have to return. They are excellent quality clothing.”

“Item looked great. However, my wife who's always a medium came up short in the Stevie Panelled Cord Jumpsuit. May of gone for the large, but the fabric was stiff and not as comfortable as expected.”

“Everything excellent - quality of product and sowed of service - the only thing missing which would’ve made it a 5* for me is free returns. I had to buy two sizes to make sure I had the right one and paying to return one was a little frustrating where many companies now offer free returns even on sale items. Otherwise, amazing!”

“I had ordered a set in their sale that I've been coveting for awhile. I received it, tried it on and it fit how I was expecting. However, I washed them in 30C and hungdry and they shrunk significantly, at least a full size. The bottoms were now the right length but the top was much too small. I reached out onto their socials and emails. I didn't get a quick response but I did get one and Sarah was very quick to rectify the situation. I cannot fault their customer service. I don't think it happens often, but this set was a new fabric so I can understand things can happen. Thank you! I'm happy with the quality of my items.”

“Mix up by Royal Mail but Bert’s were very efficient at sorting it out, to send me another jumpsuit. Unfortunately the jumpsuit was too long, if you’re 5ft 6 the trousers are far too long, which is a real shame.”

“Absolutely love my pieces as always. It would be great if the labels weren’t so thoroughly stitched in as they’re very hard to unpick and you can make a hole in the new garment and the labels always really dig in on your bare skin.”
