Unfortunately the item I ordered was the ring size, which is no one’s fault. However, I was told that I will have to pay all postage costs to return the item and the. receive a refund. I find this extremely disappointing and pretty astonishing for a company which I believed to be professional and in line with all other clothing companies - who all offer free returns as a matter of course.
As a result, sadly, I will not be recommending or ordering from St. Berts again.
