“I haven't had to call Start Rescue for quite a while but, when I did I was being attended within the hour. Everyone was courteous and the engineer explained everything to me.”

“On the whole they're fine. But recently I had to call them to a tyre that at lunchtime was flat. Unfortunately the recovery van was too high to get into the carpark, and I had to drive the car out, which resulted in needing a new tyre. Recovery vans need mobile tyre changing tools in them to get in to height restricted car parks.”

“At to use start rescue a couple of times over the years I've been a member. Once for my motorbike and a couple of times for my car. On all call outs the staff were very helpful and I didn't have to wait for more than an hour for a macanic to assist. Very satisfied with the service provided.”

“It's good to have the comfort of a rescue company that I can call on, if needed, when travelling away from home; especially. I have only had 1 occasion to use the service, when I inadvertantly locked my keys in the car! Although the company / individual that you sent turned up pretty quickly, it would have been useful for me to know, (and better still for your advisors to know), that, ideally, I needed an automotive locksmith, (who, I subsequently arranged myself and who got into my car in about 20 seconds flat), rather than a guy with a big iron bar who was going to try and get this between the roof panel and the top of the door frame and potentially bend back the top of the door frame slightly to enable him to get a sufficient gap to get access to the door handle, which, like most cars these days, is recessed into the door panel. He did ask me first if that was okay; which it wasn't and he left without helping; so that wasn't great.”
