“Arrived on time but unable to repair the vehicle so had a long wait for a recovery vehicle to arrive, if you could talk to a human instead of all online the recovery vehicle could of arrived first”

“Only joined yesterday so can't really give good or bad review yet , my actual cover does not start till 5pm today ! Seemed good for cover tho when purchased it . Just in case my other half has any problems getting home from going on hol . Didn't want her worrying and the price seemed good when I was looking .”

“Being a member of START RESCUE for me has these advantages first the cost of the service is reasonable and that gives the peace of mind that should I have a breakdown there is someone to assist me. Secondly on the few occasions that I have contacted them the staff has be polite and helpful Fortunately I have not needed any roadside help but it can happen to any of us so peace of mind Also this year was cheaper than last which is very unusual but very welcome. “Reasonable prices, simpler to cover several cars than take out cover with insurance on each separate car. Other comments suggest that if needed the cover is effective.”

“I've been with start rescue for several years now. Unfortunately I have had cause to be rescued including Christmas day 2 years ago! My experience has always been excellent. From the men who have rescued me who are always friendly and helpful as well as your advisers on the telephone”
