“Having been with Start rescue for many years, and without making a single breakdown claim during this period. I can only speak in terms of its user friendly online joining, competitive prices and ongoing administration stuff etc. And would recommend others to join. Bearing in mind, this review is not on the actual breakdown service, which I never used to date. Hopefully, however should that happen, and it lives up to it. Then it gets a 5*.”

“Called out when car would not start at home. After many attempts by driver to start, he finally diagnosed starter motor problem. Towed vehicle away and new battery was fitted.”

“I have only used start rescue once, I had a flat tyre and could not change it myself so I called Start Rescue, they were out within half an hour, and got the job done quickly by a very polite young man.”

“Have previously been with other rescue services but their price had gone through the roof. Start Rescue offered the same levek of cover for a lot less and have some great reviews so thought I'd give them a go. Haven't had to call them out yet (thankfully) but the sign up was easy and the response quick and clear so all good so far.”

“This will be my second year as a customer of StartRescue and although I have been fortunate enough not to have needed their help. I have however found many people who have and have posted their experience on YouTube and they seem to have impressed with their response times and service. I have been able to tailor my needs within the pricing structure so I am very happy to be able to have the reassurance should the worse happen.”

“Great service. Had a rear wheel puncture riding my motorbike far from home. Contacted Startrescue via the app on my phone and the breakdown lorry arrived within 15 minutes. I was taken to my home address together with the bike without delay. Many thanks Startrescue.”

“Always helpful and pleasant and help arrives quickly. I've only had reason for a call out about 3 times, over a few year period but have never had any problems. The price is very reasonable, compared to some, so that is a bonus, as running a car is expensive enough without extortionate fees. Well done Start-Rescue.”

“I cannot fault the service following an accident on my motorcycle which rendered the bike in need of relay home. Overnight accommodation was arranged and I was reimbursed within 5 days.”

“After a not-at-fault accident I had to buy another car. This also entailed advising StartRescue for a small fee. System apparently would not effect the required change and it took a few days to rectify things. Eventually, after several phone calls, a lovely and most helpful lady was able to cancel my old policy and issue a reolacement policy. Poor girl was so apologetic but is was a system hiccup and everything was finally sorted out. Have had to call on StartRescue's help a few times over the years and they have been excellent. Much better value than two of the long-established breakdown companies!”
