“You only require one reason for renewal in your initial question. The following were my reasons for renewing: 1) Since joining Start Rescue I have only needed assistance on two occasions but on both of those occasions I was very satisfied with the service I received. 2) You reward loyalty - After discussing the initial renewal fee with a team member a reduction was made which I was happy to accept. 3) The cover you provide is comprehensive and that is a very important factor for me.”

“2days notice that you could not take my credit card payment is not acceptable. Particularly as you used an expired card (02/25) when a new one had been issued (01/30). I might have been on holiday when the rescue service is more likely to be needed. I had to make a phone call, listen to all the patter and music before I could speak to a helpful lady who then insisted in reading out all the t&c's. I have not yet needed your rescue service so cannot comment.”
