“I needed Start Rescue once during the past year due to a flat battery. It was straightforward to inform them of my location and the problem. It took less than an hour for the rescue service from a nearby garage to come out and rectify the fault.”

“Try to work out why an online like for like quote was lower than my renewal quote ?. As a returning and loyal customer, I expected maybe a bit of "wiggle room", but ended up paying about a £5 more. Easier to just pay up, rather than confuse the system with a so called "new customer" log in, but won't be caught again next year. Happy with my cover, un-happy paying more for something that is advertised cheaper on-line.”

Hi Michael, thank you for leaving us a review. We always aim to reward our existing customers at renewal which is why renewal savings are automatically applied to your quote. If you compared prices using a comparison site, you may have seen a cheaper price which includes an excess of £30.00 payable on each callout. Excess policies have a lower annual premium but require the excess of £30.00 to be paid before assistance can be arranged. “Easy to deal with, prices very good, but best of all is the service, in all the years I've been with start rescue I've needed them a few times, and help has always turned up within the time stated, always got me started.”

“I could actuually SPEAK to a PERSON- didn't have to rely on EVERYTHING being on line. I can have paper dcuments. The age of my car is NOT a barrier. The person I spoke to was very pleasant andpolite and patient wth me. I got quite excited because it was all completed so easily. I have been at screaming point aa couple of times this week due to other sites LACK of personal contact. So far - can't be faulted. :)”
