“Poor response time for a female alone. Attendance only after a second call from me. On a second call-out I finally got the vehicle started after two hours wait at 11pm no help arrived. Cancelled call-out. Fault found and fixed two days later at local garage. Hopefully you will do better if I have to call again.”

“I had occasion to use the services recently, the mechanic arrived within the time stated, put my car on to the trailer and back to my address. I was more than satisfied with the whole experience from phoning the breakdown service to taking my car back to my home address”

“Never had the chance to call you guys out but the price keeps going up. Why. Bit of a stick in the mud should have changed by now as every year my premium keeps going up just renewed again at a higher price, no reward for loyalty”

“Been with yourself for 4 years never had to use your services as yet. But there's always a first. Retired H G V mechanic I keep my vehicle in good condition. And service every 12 months or 10.000 miles. Plus weekly checks..Mr Robert n”

“I have now used your service for , I think three years, and fortunately I have not had to make use of the recovery service you offer. Maybe you have magical powers!!! My daughter introduced me to your company, and unfortuantely she has had to rely (too strong a word) on a recent breakdown in Gloucestershire area when bringing her son's goods home from Cardiff, following a two year university course.. She had the misfortune to wait for hours for three different vehicles to get her and son home.”

“I have only called Start rescue out once but a mechanic came very quickly and put a diagnostic machine on my car, unfortunately it did not show up the fault and I had to get a Renault technician to come to my house to sort out a software fault, but very pleased with Start.”

“I have been with Start for a number of years and out of the two or three times that I have needed to use them for breakdowns, they have been speedy, friendly and effective. Their prices are very competitive and I would recommend them without hesitation.”
