“Unfortunately we have had to use Start Rescue 3 times on 2 different cars. The service is fabulous. Breakdown arrived in a short time, after an easy request through start rescue. We cannot fault the price, service and support we have received and have recommended to family and friends.”

“Our third year with Start Rescue and have found it very easy to take out and renew cover. Prices also reasonable, and existing customers get a discount. Fortunately haven’t had to call them out yet, so can’t comment on that side of things.”

“I needed Start Rescue once during the past year due to a flat battery. It was straightforward to inform them of my location and the problem. It took less than an hour for the rescue service from a nearby garage to come out and rectify the fault.”

“Try to work out why an online like for like quote was lower than my renewal quote ?. As a returning and loyal customer, I expected maybe a bit of "wiggle room", but ended up paying about a £5 more. Easier to just pay up, rather than confuse the system with a so called "new customer" log in, but won't be caught again next year. Happy with my cover, un-happy paying more for something that is advertised cheaper on-line.”

If you compared prices using a comparison site, you may have seen a cheaper price which includes an excess of £30.00 payable on each callout. Excess policies have a lower annual premium but require the excess of £30.00 to be paid before assistance can be arranged.
