“Hving called Sttart Rescue late on a rubbish winter evening alone and having finished work to find shedded tyre I called to ask for help and assistant. I was dismayed to find the service had gone completely digital and the procedure would need to be completed on my phone. Easy to navigate instructuctions numerous texts to keep me updated. Guy arrived within the hour and completed the necessary works to get me on my way. Friendly and chattyimmediately put me at my ease. Excellent service.”

“had an accident in Wales in 2023 the car was undrivable, start rescue got us home by taxi the same day and the car followed us home the following day, what is worth noting i had used start rescue from 2016 with no call outs but in 2023 i needed to use it for three call outs including the wales incident and they were all handled with speedy service i have recommended start rescue to all my friends and aquaintences.”

“Quickly replied to my phone call. Quoted me for breakdown cover renewal. I had asked for postal quote, but did not receive it. They said sent by e mail, but I could not find it, and not in trash or spam. Asked for receipt to be send by post, but still one week later, have not got it. No reward for loyalty, in fact the price had gone up this year.”

“Not rescued yet so can't grade that. However getting a quote was easy, price was favourable, the reviews are not too bad. I wanted national uk cover as our car is not a newby anymore. Let's see what 12 months cover is like.”
