“Very straightforward office to deal with. Pleased that vehicle substitutions can be made without additional premium. Never had to make a claim, but have heard positive comments from a friend who has.”

“Hi there. Been with Start Rescue for a while now. Still value it highly and am glad that the "rescue" is there when I need it. Luckily I have not broken down, but have the app and keep it handy each time I am in the car. I have renewed with them again as feel secure with them. Very good company and professional and will help you as soon as you break down and arrive without delay. The app tracks all it is very good. I would recommend Start Rescue each time as you never know when you will need them. Given them 5 stars because that is how I value them. So thank you Start Rescue I have not needed you but I know you are there when I do to save me and my little car from troubles. Veronica”

“Gearbox went on the car Start Rescue were great, updated me of the arrival of the recovery regularly. Recovery arrived on time, and were really good. This is in contrast to both the AA and RAC leaving me stranded with no contact and on both occasions they were needed, and relying on a friend to come out to help. Can't recommend Start enough they were great.”

“The car was worryingly reporting it would not restart after a few more miles when I had passed any available garages on the way to west Wales, fully loaded for a week's camping holiday. A Start Rescue guy came out to meet us at the camp site, plugged into the car's diagnostics and reset the (false) alarm. We were very relieved.”

“we had breakdown in early september, i used the app to report our problem it was very easy to use as it pin points your exact area where you broke down ,and was there to be recovered in time slot provided and taken to said garage ,recovery driver very friendly and helpful .”

“Brilliant customer service. We have used start rescue for many years. Really easy to use when you have had a breakdown. They use local breakdown people, the vast majority have been amazing. I had 1 bad experience with one person but start rescue dealt with it brilliantly.”

“Okay as a default recovery provider but take too long to arrive, isn't all that well-set up for non smart phone users who prefer to chat, and the recovery providers do limited roadside repairs but seem keener to take you to nearest garage”

“I've been with Start Rescue for a few years now ,the app is easy to use and on the 2 occasions I've needed assistance it went through with no issues. I'd definitely recommend taking a policy out with them”
