“Although I have not needed to call Start Rescue since joining its reassuring when we are driving that a rescue service is at the end of the telephone line where ever we are. Very settling is that. So far I am pleased that we haven't had to call”

“We have been with this company for a few years now. Luckily we have never had to use them to attend a breakdown in the UK or abroaf, but it is a comfort to know we have access to this service.”

“I've not needed to make a callout for a breakdown but the price is very good, for a back to home or anywhere else cover, which covers both my car and motorcycle.”

“I'm paying for 3 Star which includes home cover rescue. As I'm 79 years old and infermed I asked for help to change a flat tyre. Was given a time for 10:30 which failed. Was text a new time for 11:30 which failed. Was given so new time for 12:30 which failed. My neabour then changed the wheel for me to get going. I then cancelled the call out. Was not happy. “It's renewal time and I am happy to have another year of breakdown cover with Start Rescue. In the many years I've been covered I have never felt they let me down or gave poor service. On the contrary, I am always surprised by their professionalism and efficiency. It's the little things that matter in a crisis or emergency. Well done folks, keep up the great work.”

“Start Rescue was praised by Which and has veryy competative pricing. I think I used them once many years ago and the service was good. I find the website a little difficult to negotiate. For example it took me a long time to find my documents.”

“All ok but can't get into your customer lounge, refused every password and code that I enter,but never mind,I get emails from you and I can always phone your excellent team”
