“The online process of purchasing breakdown insurance was easy to understand and competitively priced compared to my current provided by green flag. I liked the fact that they emailed all the documents to you rather than having to go online to access them”

“I chose Start Rescue after reading the Which? Awards, and the general good public feedback especially after several years' results. The price was excellent, and there were a wide range of benefits included. The website was clearly set out, and easy to understand - felt welcoming and reassuring, Now I just hope I don't have to call them, when I'm out and about! (4* as I haven't tried out the service yet!)”

“Our first two experiences of assistance and recovery were excellent; car would not run so was taken, quickly, to a local garage. Next two (this year) were less good; I waited a long time before the recovery service worked out what vehicle was needed. On both occasions, it was the app that let us all down - poor information gathering, no interpretation done before sending information to recovery service. Next time I will ring to report breakdown.”

“Thankfully I haven't needed to call Start Rescue out but they were really good in letting me know my automatic renewal had failed, so I was able to go on line and change my renewal source, which meant I was still covered.”

“After a period of 2 years I rejoined Start Rescue. The online procedure was intuitive but broke down when the system did not recognise the registration number of the second vehicle. A phone call to your office rectified matters however and tye purchase was completed.”
