“Waited ages to get through when my car broke down while on holiday. Then told that you could not help me find a local garage to recover me even though my phone signal was poor and I was stuck on an A road. Couldn’t find a garage to help so called RAC who were fantastic.”

“Straight forward getting breakdown cover, and at an amazing price. Have needed them once and again a straight forward process with the mechanic arriving within twenty minutes of my call being logged. Very efficient service.”

Provide lots of helpful, informative, motoring-related articles -- even if I was not buying at the time. No high pressure sales tactics. Competitive prices.”

“I began using Start Rescue a few years ago now because other companies were not only more expensive , but were unreliable From the office staff, who are always helpful to the mechanics who come to your aid, they are all very helpful, polite and reassuring, which means I can relax knowing they will do their upmost to ensure you are rescued quickly and back on the road in no time. My daughter had broken down in the Midlands and it was getting late, so after explaining my concern that she was in her own, they sent a lady pick up to make her feel comfortable and me less worried. A really good touch, which was appreciated and not forgotten. Be careful to watch for the reminder renewal emails as ours for some reason went to my husband and he does not monitor his emails. Subsequently I had to rejoin which meant I missed out in the discount issued every time you renew., but our mistake. I cannot find one thing about this company that I do not like and hope they never change their policies on breakdowns as they are simply the best.”

“Start Rescue was the third company I called to obtain a quote. I spoke with a very helpful young woman who clearly answered my queries without having to refer to anyone else so I decided to proceed with Start Rescue. I hope I selected the best company.”
