“The price is very competitive and it was very easy to get a quote and sort out cover. The only downside is the app is very simple, which is fine but it's so simple it doesn't fill you with confidence. Overall I'm very pleased with Start Rescue”

“Have had two occassions to use StartRescue. The first time a plug fouled up on my classic BMW motorcycle and I had no tools with me, and the second when I had a puncture caused by a pot hole. Their app and my mobile gave them my location and led the cavalry straight to me. The second rescue arrived within 10 minutes!! Have just purchased their short term breakdown/recovery for my forthcoming motorcycle tour of France.”

“Never had cause to call them out, yet. 5 stars for price. I was with the AA after the intro price of £35. Year 2 shot up to £66. With First Start, I am paying paying half of the intro discount the AA charged. This year my premium went down. I guess because I had no claim. Don't know what's happen if I do use them. Will it go up. Let's hope I never breakdown to find out!!”

“Having only just joined, I obviously can’t give an opinion as to the breakdown service. I can however say that getting a quote and joining were pain free and hope that if I do ever need to use the service, it will be just as efficient. I will let you know.”

“Waited ages to get through when my car broke down while on holiday. Then told that you could not help me find a local garage to recover me even though my phone signal was poor and I was stuck on an A road. Couldn’t find a garage to help so called RAC who were fantastic.”
