“I've looked around for prices of breakdown service, with other companies,but at the end of that ,the I've been with you for many years and have used you twice, with fantastic service, kept informed of how long etc, and had great comfort in the fact that after a traumatic experience of being stranded, was looked after I've been reassured regularly by phone but somebody was coming and there's nothing to worry about, that's the reason I'm saying with you”

“I have been with Start Rescue since 2016 and find their prices very competitive. I cannot comment on their services as I have not had to call them out.”

“Have purchased new car recently, supplied with basic breakdown cover. I want full cover and the confidence of knowing every eventuality is covered, So ite Start rescue at a reasonable price.”

“I did have a problem with engine speed reduction and contacted start rescue.There was a 45 minute response time but confusingly 2 separate garages turned up and solved the problem easily. This seemed a waste of resources perhaps procedures need checking.”

However, as we value our existing customers, we ensure that all renewing customers will not pay more than a new customer for equivalent cover.
