“Before I paid for the cover it was necessary to phone them to find out if it was the car, the driver or anyone driving the car could call them out on a breakdown. The person I spoke to told me anyone who was insured to drive the car could phone for assistance. I told her I searched their website and could not find any mention of this, I was then told it's in the terms and conditions that anyone that is insured to drive the car is covered. Now wouldn't the obvious place for that to be at the beginning where they want you to pay your money rather than hidden away in the small print. I hope I don't regret buying this cover.”

“I haven't broken down for years, so really resented paying through the nose for the other more well-known service. I found Start Rescue and was drawn in by the cheaper price so went with them, thinking I would probably never use them. However, within the first year my clutch went on a country road and I had to use the service. I wondered if I might regret being drawn in by a cheaper price, but I couldn't fault the service I received. The call handler was efficient and gave me a time estimate of about 2 hours. The recovery vehicle arrived within that time and took me and my car to my local garage, as it obviously couldn't be fixed on the roadside. Would definitely recommend.”

“In the 15 odd yrs I've been with you, had to use you 4 or 5 times ish mainly was a car battery was scrap so I replaced it, last one was a blow out on Motorway 2000 sat night, as new cars don't have spare wheels it was a lift and take me home all sorted in just over 3hrs and I was an hr away from home at blow out, reliable, punctual, polite, I tell everyone I know how good and very reasonable priced you are as well.”

“recentely changed to this great company and when needed as we had car with no starting within the hour local company called us once we have done the info on the app Man turned up within 15 minutes car started diagnosis completed advice given job done well impressed Start Rescue”
