“I have been a member for many years and have been lucky never have broken down so never calling on Start rescue but the cost of the cover has always been affordable and on pre renewal informative and then renewal faultless.”

“I found the renewal process straightforward, with good support from Customer Services when I needed to update my address details. I have needed breakdown assistance in the past, and it came fairly quickly, with a helpful low-loader driver/operator and transport of two passengers to a safe place.”

“Tried to renew on line but the payment failed. Rang the customer services as requested but was advised by a guy who seemed very bored that I would have to go through all the rigmarole of giving all my details again. Not happy to do this and decided to try card again which was successful. I hope any potential break down service person is a bit more friendly”

“I have now been rescued twice in the last year I believe and both times the response was quick and went smoothly both times. I've had 3 different people at roadside and they have made sure I am ok and safe before anything else. Best breakdown cover I've ever had. Thank You!!”
