“Flat battery - only had to use start once in recent years , had a flat battery , I received updates from the moment I reported till recovery came out to jump start .not a long wait and mechanic/fitter took time to test battery and advise a change required 👍”

“Excellent service. Renewed my membership over the phone , the person I spoke to was very helpfull and everything was explained clearly for which I was very gratefull; unfortunately I have a hearing loss and his patience in handling my call was very much appreciated.”

“I enjoy the emailed information/articles which are sent via email...can be very informative. On the occassion when I had to call out Start Rescue, the responder was friendly and polite. I was not made to feel 'stupid' when it was discovered that there wasn't a fault with the radiator (as I'd thought) but it was the resulting 'run off' from the air cooling system as a result of a very hot day!!! It was dealt with kindly, with just the right amount of humour!”

“Easy renewal by phone/customer lounge. Helpful/ knowledgeable/patient advisors. Competitive policy with added benefits at no extra charge. Loyalty discount applied at renewal. This is my 10th year with Start Rescue, so I guess that says it all.”

“Fortunately, I haven't needed to call on your services so cannot review/score against this. However, the website is easy to use and the auto renew ran smoothly. Of course, the proof of the service is if/when I need that roadside assistance.”
