“I have been with StartRescue for several years i came away from a bigger and better known Breakdown company as their prices were a tad silly...I, thankfully, have only had to use StartRescue on one occasion and they delivered.... As a customer perhaps StartRescue might considered offering a 'Bonus' to their patrons by way of a discount on their yearly renewing costs if they are lucky enough not to call upon the Service during the previous 12 months.”

“Only had to call rescue once, but as I had home start cover, and my battery was flat, I called them. They came immediately, fixed the problem straight away, and I was on my way”

“Amazing service and call out times. Had to call them out twice on the same day and they had no issues coming out again and the premium never went up when I claimed so that was brilliant! Highly recommended”

“I had a flat battery and called Start for a home rescue. The repair man arrived promptly and Start gave me repeated updates by phone on his estimated arival time. They also followed up afterwards to check how the visit had gone. I was very impressed. It was a far more attentive service than most breakdown companies provide.”

“Incredibly fast response time and a really lovely, helpful mechanic. I was delighted as a deaf person to see that you offered text messaging, but my messages weren’t delivered which was disappointing. Had I not been at home, it would have been very stressful. Please ensure this vital facility is working.”

“had an accident in porthmadog wales in the late afternoon of 2023 got me and my family back home to Derbyshire the same evening with the car following the next day, i had call to call them out two times before for less drastic issues and received excellent service i would fully recommend and do so to all my friends.”

“Changed my car a couple of weeks before my current deal was done, but to renew my contract you wanted £35, of which £22 was an admin charge, why!! I did all the admin changing my car details. You need to think about this and not mention to your customers in the same situation as me that 66% of my payment is a rip-off.”
