“I was a member of the RAC for 10 years. I know this because they used to send out number of years stamped on your membership card. When I finally needed them my wife and I waited 5 1/2 hours for them to show up. I was told because they only had one van on duty for that entire area. I swapped to Start Rescue and, as life would have it, I needed them shortly after. Start Rescue knew were I was because of their app and just called the nearest garage to come get me, arrived in less than 30 minutes. Now, which is the better business model?”

“Used Start Resue twice during my time with them and have found them to be spot on reaching me within an hour both times and taking me to my preffered destination no problem that's why I have just renewed my membership for another 12months 👍 . . Recommended!”

“I rate them purely for the ease of admin for joining and renewal of subscription, which was fine. Thankfully, I have not had to use them but still think that, in thoery at least, their services seem quite good.”

“When I had a breakdown /accident in Edinburgh they arranged for the company who recovered my car to return it to where I live in Beauly in the Highlands and at no cost to me. My wife and I are elderly and were badly shaken at the incident and their thoughtfulness and generousity made a difficult situation bearable. I recommend them unreservedly. Eric Oswald”

“I have been hearing so many horror stories about the failure of the big boys in this market that I didn't buy a rescue plan. Given my husband does a lot of driving, commuting to London, I casually did some research to see if there was a reputable company out there whose customers said they were reliable (TrustPilot). In steps Start Rescue. Not only super competitively priced but the positive TrustPilot reviews gave me confidence to buy our policy from them. I phoned their office and spoke with a friendly yet professional member of staff who was helpful with my query, before I applied online. The whole signing up process was straightforward. Furthermore, I like that they have an app for use if you break down. It allows Start Rescue to obtain your GPS location, etc, if ever you need to be rescued. So far, so good 🤞🏻!”

“My wife is a member of start rescue she had to do a call out recently I was there when you arrived. Everything went smoothly car got sorted The service was good enough me So I joined yesterday joking was easy to do”
