“Remind people before the annual renewal DD to avoid card issues. A year is too long to expect everything to work automatically. Make the App better, the features are extremely limited. You can’t update your card details in it.”

We always strive to notify our customers in good time of their renewal date, and our email quotation encourages customers to make sure their payment details are up to date if they wish their policy to renew automatically. Our app is used primarily for reporting a breakdown, but you can make amendments through the Customer Lounge section of our website. We will make sure to pass your feedback on for consideration. “Best part was not being asked for my personal details before a quote. All the other services wanted my date of birth, full address and other details before the quote. Having done some research before taking a policy, Start Rescue scored very high for service. The pricing is the best I've seen. I hope never to use the breakdown service but, feel assured that they will be there, just in case. Joining was as easy as it gets. Louis W (in the Northwest)”

“Too early to say beyond choosing them. Their last sreen before clicking to pay seems confuing- I read it saying an extra admin fee to be added”

The arrangement and administration fee covers the services we provide such as arranging your policy dealing with any requests you make for adjustments to your policy, handling claims against your policy and arranging the renewal of your policy. “Good reviews and pricing for extensive breakdown cover. Site easy to use. Made a one day error in cover dates and phoned customer service to see how it could be corrected. Advised would need to cancel and redo. That seemed some what complicated.”
