“I am many years with START Rescue.co.uk and during those years I asked them for help twice. I was really easy to conncet with them by their app, It always was not long waiting for help, So I am really happy for their service thats why I am still with them”

“Start Rescue is a good service, but I wasn't happy that it was taken for granted that your customers all use smart phones & are tech savy! Iwas asked to locate my own nearest garage when my car had a flat tyre. Luckily, I was in a familiar area & knew where one was. Finding out these things for customers, I feel is an essential part of the service. You could simply ask if the customer would like assistance finding the nearest garage or not; as I do appreciate many customers wont need the help. However, it's vital for those that DO need it!”

“Easy to set up car cover - I've been with them for about 5 years or more (I can't remember exactly) and never had to use them - I hope they are as good as I hope they are when the time comes?”
