“Competitive price, good app on phone, but can't comment on breakdown recovery as thankfully I haven't needed it over the last 3 years or so. But it's peace of mind that I do have breakdown cover if ever needed.”

“I cannot comment on their breakdown service because I have not needed to. Their customer service is excellent. I changed my car recently and I call them and the transfer was immediate. Hassle free. Excellent reviews and very competitive prices.”

“Start Rescue offer competetive prices for comprehensive cover. They have friendly and efficient staff at their call centre. Their website is clear, informative and easy to navigate. I have been a member for a number of years and have required their breakdown recovery service twice. I have been very pleased with the all round service received so far. Would definitely recommend.”

“Up to now I have been satisfied with SR. When I phoned Adam was very informative at customer services - thank you Adam! Just one "hic-cup" with the payment proceedure. The boxes to insert my card details would not work for a day but the following day they were Ok. The real test evaluation will come if I break down”

“I foolishly put petrol into a car with a diesel engine. I phoned in asking for assistance and was kept informed of the progress of the van coming to rescue me at regular intervals. The van arrived only a little after the time originally quoted and the ddriver was friendly and efficient. He drained the fuel tank and put two gallons of diesel in then stayed to make sure that I was able to start properly and drive away. It was quite a relief, thank you for your service and care.”

“I have just purchased a breakdown policy and I am so impressed by the efficacy and promo service so far by the staff team and by the well structured services in the account and the app. Also I’m impressed by the accident assistance service offered free of charge.
